BIM-Integrated Design & Coordination

All designs are developed using BIM Level to LOD350 workflows, integrated across Tekla, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360. This ensures seamless coordination, clash detection, accurate quantity control, and digital handover.

Procurement Support & Tender Management

We support clients through all stages of procurement—from developing tender packages and evaluating bids to vendor selection and contract negotiation. Our technical insight helps ensure the best value and performance from supply partners.

Quality & Commissioning Service

We provide Client Side Commissioning Services, including setting up the Electronic Commissioning Software package (EIDA Solutions) Creating the Clients Commissioning Process, On Site Supervision of the clients interest in Commissioning properly, managing the Contractors/Subcontractors to deliver against their ITPS, ensuriing a seamless, paper free professional Commissioning Experience. Coupled with us providing our on Site Mech and CSA Engineering Clients Supervision team, we walk down during hand over phases to reduce reworking, and expedite a high quality Commissioning experience to give an excellent end product as the customer deserves.

Ongoing Technical Advisory

Beyond delivery, we provide strategic technical support, performance assessments, and upgrade planning.
